1. Agreement
These terms govern use of Qhesi Tutorials, operated by Qhesi Tutorials (Pty) Ltd. By creating an account you accept them. Learners under 18 must have parent or guardian consent.

Terms, subscription & refund policy
The rules that apply to your account, your monthly subscription and your use of our lessons and live classes.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. Accounts are personal to one learner and may not be shared. We may suspend accounts used for sharing, scraping or redistributing content.
3. Subscription and billing
The learning subscription costs R250 per learner per month, billed monthly in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Premium content unlocks only once the payment provider confirms a successful payment.
4. Failed payments and expiry
If a payment fails, the subscription moves to a failed state and premium access is restricted until payment succeeds. A limited grace period may be granted at our discretion. Expired subscriptions automatically restrict premium content.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the month already paid for.
6. Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing month has started. Where a technical fault on our side prevented meaningful access, contact support and we will consider a pro-rata credit or refund.
7. Content and intellectual property
All lessons, videos, notes, worksheets and assessments remain our property or that of our licensors, and are licensed to you for personal educational use only. Recording, downloading where not permitted, resale or public distribution is prohibited.
8. Live classes
Live-class timetables may change. Where a class is cancelled we will notify learners and, where possible, provide a recording or replacement session.
9. Acceptable use
Learners must behave respectfully in live classes and question forums. Harassment, plagiarism, cheating in assessments or misuse of the AI tutor may lead to suspension.
10. Liability
We provide educational support and make no guarantee of specific examination results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding month.
11. Changes
We may update these terms or pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@qhesitutorials.co.za.
