What does the subscription cost?

One learning subscription costs R250 per month. It covers every grade, every STEM subject, all pre-recorded lessons, daily live classes, assessments, resources and progress tracking. There are no separate per-subject fees.

Which grades and subjects are covered?

Grades 4 to 12, focused on STEM: Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Literacy, Technology, IT, CAT, Coding and Robotics. Administrators can add further subjects at any time.

Is the content CAPS aligned?

Yes. Every lesson is mapped to the CAPS curriculum by grade, term and topic, so learners follow exactly what their school is teaching.

How do live classes work?

Live classes run daily on a published timetable. Learners see today's classes with a countdown on their dashboard and join through the scheduled meeting link. Attendance is recorded and recordings are added to the lesson library afterwards.

Can I try before subscribing?

Yes. Selected introductory lessons are marked as free or preview content so you can experience the teaching before you subscribe.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Access continues until the end of the current paid month, and no further payments are taken.

What happens if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription moves to Payment Failed and you are notified. Premium content stays locked until payment succeeds. A short grace period may be granted at the platform owner's discretion.

Can parents follow their child's progress?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Parents and guardians can link to one or more learners and view progress, attendance, results and subscription status through the parent portal.
